This Refund Policy explains how BunnySale handles returns, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, cancellations, and refunds for physical products purchased directly from BunnySale. If you have questions or need help with a return, contact us at [email protected].
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item should be unused, unopened where applicable, and in the same condition in which you received it. It should also be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, documentation, and proof of purchase.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.
2. How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions if it is approved.
Please include the following when applicable:
- Order number and proof of purchase
- Reason for the return request
- Photos or video if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Your delivery address and contact phone number
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference, an incorrect item ordered by the customer, or another customer-side reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping and secure packaging.
If the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, BunnySale will help resolve the issue and may cover reasonable return shipping costs after the request is approved.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used, damaged through mishandling, altered, or returned incomplete
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or documentation
- Personalized, customized, final-sale, or hygiene-sensitive items where returns are not appropriate
- Products not purchased directly from BunnySale
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return processing may take up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item, and your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
For defective or incorrect items caused by our error, an approved refund may include the product price and eligible shipping costs. For other approved returns, original shipping and handling fees are generally not refundable unless required by law.
7. Exchanges
If you need a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us first. We will confirm whether an exchange or replacement is available based on the product issue and inventory.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Orders that have already been packed, shipped, or handed to a carrier may not be changed or cancelled.
